The Parenting Coordination Council of Delaware embraces the guidelines set forth by the Association of Family and Conciliatory Courts, and as such we suggest Parenting Coordinators meet the following criteria:
- Terminal degree in a field related to mental health or law (JD, Ph.D., Psy.D., Ed.D., etc.)

5+ years working with families of high-conflict divorce

Mediation training

Formal Parenting Coordination training
